Not so hasty. Sure, Dr. Miller...Wait a second, now. Not so hasty. Sure, Dr. Miller has over 50 years of veterinary experience. Sure he is a well-read, well known author and clinician. But he makes an awful lot of assertions regarding the long term effects of hard work in adolescent horses, abuses in the show world, the effects of misguided breeding principles, and much more. He even goes so far as to offer solutions that he feels would prevent these effects and protect the well being of horses, as he sees it. As has happened so often in the past here on RC, isn't anyone going to pipe up and demand to see his "data" from which he makes these claims and remedial suggestions?
